Jake with Prime Motors took great care of us from beginning exploration all the way through the purchase of a great vehicle; my wife is over the moon with it. He was thorough, responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable with the whole experience. He also ended up purchasing our incumbent car and offered more than other Twin Cities-based larger dealers. 5/5 stars for sure, I'd happily purchase from him again in the future.

I was looking for a used GX470 to convert into an Overland camping rig and purchased one from Jake end of July. The vehicle was in the condition he described it on the phone, he was straight forward and honest with his pricing and got me in and out very quickley after I decided to purchase it. Unlike most sales people today he seemed to be more interested in selling me a quality used vehicle than one with hidden problems.
